Adjustment of bottle inlet star wheel, bottle outlet star wheel and bottle inlet screw rod. The adjustment of the incoming star wheel is subject to the pressure head of the labeling machine, first adjust the incoming star wheel, when the pressure head just over the bottle, adjust the incoming star wheel, so that the bottle is located in the middle of the star wheel groove; into the bottle screw rod adjustment is subject to the incoming star wheel, when the bottle is located in the middle of the incoming star wheel groove, adjust the screw rod, so that the screw rod into the bottle side against the bottle but does not produce displacement; outgoing star wheel adjustment: when the pressure head just lift up, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is located in the middle of the groove of the star wheel.
The adjustment of the marking station. It is reported that the scraper plate and rubber roller can not appear in the whole length of the gap, if there is a gap can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric bolt to adjust the scraper plate.
