Automatic labeling machine working principle.


1. Since the label tape may produce sliding, it has registration marks on it, which are used to ensure that each label is placed correctly. The registration mark is read by a sensor, and during the deceleration phase of the label belt, the drive wheel is repositioned to correct any position errors on the label belt.


2. A labeling wheel, and a reel. The drive wheel intermittently drags the label belt in motion, and the label belt is pulled from the reel while passing over the labeling wheel The labeling wheel presses the label belt against the case. An open-loop displacement control is used on the reel to maintain the tension of the label belt because the labels are closely attached to each other on the label belt, so the label belt must be constantly starting and stopping.


3. The work process begins with the boxes feeding the labeling machine at a constant speed on the conveyor belt. Mechanical fixtures separate the boxes at a fixed distance from each other and push the boxes forward in the direction of the conveyor belt The mechanical system of the labeling machine includes a drive wheel.


4. The label is applied to the case at the same speed as the labeling wheel and case movement. When the conveyor belt reaches a specific position, the labeling belt drive wheel will accelerate to a speed matching the conveyor belt, apply the label, and then decelerate to a stop.
